I started Hunter Scales after watching the same thing happen over and over. A small business pays for a website, then waits three weeks on a change as simple as a new phone number. So I built the opposite of that. One flat fee, quoted up front and agreed in writing. Edits land the next business day because there is no queue to sit in. The flat fee isn’t a discount gimmick, either. Hourly billing puts the two of us on opposite sides of the table: every question you ask costs you money, so you stop asking, and the site gets worse for it. A fixed price means the only way I win is by building the right thing quickly.
