What's the difference between the two packages?
The $1,500 Website package is a complete custom site with solid on-page SEO foundations — clean HTML, structured data, fast load. The $2,500 package adds the work that actively gets you found: full local SEO, your Google Business Profile set up and optimized, AI-search readiness, and a baseline report on your AI share of voice.
Are there monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. Both packages are one-time flat fees, and you own the finished site outright — code and all. The only ongoing costs are the ones every website has (your domain and hosting, typically a few dollars a month), and I set those up in your own accounts.
What about edits after launch?
Message me — small edits are handled by the next business day, directly by me. That's the working relationship, not a ticket queue.
What does “AI-ready” / optimized for AI search mean?
Every site I build is structured so AI search engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews — can read, trust, and cite it: clean HTML, structured data, and answer-ready content. More people search with AI every month, and sites that aren't built for it get left behind. Even the base package ships this way — never a bare single-page app without SEO meta.
How do you measure the SEO and AI work?

No. You get the full price in writing before any work starts — one flat, one-time build fee. That's the whole point of publishing the prices.
